REVIEW: Bumbu Moyang

Great dinner for great Sunday with a great family *3*

I spent my dinner time with my big family on my dad side. Today my sister had her birthday and we celebrated that in Bumbu Moyang Restaurant. Located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. It was my first time there, so do my family.

The decoration is great!! Comfortable and feels homy. It has vintage Indonesian concept, like being in ancient patrician house. Elegant, classy, lovable, warm, and very vintage & Indonesia. Many properties that you will never find anymore, like old metal thermos, silky Javanese blouse, old manual iron, old chess board, old plate, old batik shoes, old funny cigarettes, and many more, a lot of adorable stuffs!! OMG, just can't get enough of these properties!

It has 3 floors, 1 and 2 are for eating, while the third, I dunno, did not discover that yet. My niece and nephew was so fascinated by the design too. They ran and ran to discover the restaurant building.

Well, I ordered Kunyit Fried Rice for that night. I was so curious with the taste, since I like kunyit smell. (kunyit is turmeric in english). And ordered Bumbu Moyang chicken. Hahahaha yes, I ate a lot, I know.

And now is for the birthday celebration! My sister gave a surprise for another sister (hahahha). It was a rainbow cake! Yeay! It was my first time eating a rainbow cake that is so popular nowadays. The cake was from Country Style, and it tasted so great, not too sweet neither feel creamy.
