Apart from that cool fact, I was really curious (for real) about their face oil too, since all of them claimed to be natural with plant-based ingredients. Since 2019, I am committed to myself that I WILL NEVER buy anything else outside pant-based skincare, and I love it so far! I noticed that their signature products are the face oil, and the MATAHARI one looks super promising to me. Anyway, you can get their products 15% OFF with my code Gita15 without any terms and conditions.
Without further ado, let's dive into this paradise-inspired face oil. In the Indonesian language, Matahari means "Sun" and this Matahari Youthful Facial Oil has a lot of benefits: Anti-aging, increases suppleness, brightens the complexion, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, restores skin to uncover a radiant, youthful glow. - that's what I need the most lol.
By the way, I enjoyed my time taking pictures of the packaging, it's very chic, beautiful, photogenic, and resembles "holistic" a lot. Cheers to the designer!

Ingredients: Organic Prickly Pear seed oil, Passionfruit seed oil, Organic Rosehip seed oil, Meadowfoam seed oil, Sea Buckthorn oil, Organic Helichrysum essential oil, Jasmine absolute oil, Sweet Orange essential oil
Prickly pears are known to produce nutrient-rich oil that preserves skin youth and contains twice the amount of vitamin E compared to the famous Argan Oil.
It's oily but not greasy, the type of liquid that glides perfectly on your skin and absorbs pretty fast leaving non-sticky feeling afterward. The color is bright yellow-orange and it's very beautiful. Basically, we can use this oil every day morning and night on clean skin. The smell isn't my favorite though I know it's a natural plant scent, like fresh flowers mixed with grass (smell is very personal).

I am pretty impressed to say that after 2 weeks of using this Matahari Youthful Facial Oil, I can feel the skin elasticity and moisture. I always use this after my serum, and before sunscreen (morning) or cream moisturizer (night). Face oil is suitable for all skin types and it's always gentle on your skin. I didn't really have any acne on my skin at the moment so I can't really tell how's this gonna react on acne-prone skin. But since my skin is sensitive, I'd say this product works and not harming my skin. I will just keep using this because I need the benefits and the anti-aging property in it.
Plus, skincare is an investment. I cannot say "tHis sk1ncAre cHan9e my Lyf3" while it's not the purpose. You need to be patient and discipline with it. It's accumulated day by day until you get in your 40s or 50s, then you'll be like "BAM, my skin feels nice, they are looking so good, they are healthy!" you want that kind of vibes and health, that's why skincare is a long-time investment.
If you are struggling with certain skin issues (eczema, rosacea, redness, or whatever the internet might tell you), please consider do deeper research and go see a dermatologist for treatment.

If you never been to Bali, Indonesia, please kindly google it and you'll be fall in love with this island just like I do! I am honored to know there is a Canadian brand that highlights Balinese beauty and at the same time, I feel this brand does a good job in the products as well. They also have perfume and I tried them, super lovely scents!
